Playwebgame Customer Care Guide
For those who wish to submit all forms of feedback, report, or problems to PLAYWEBGAME, you can now do so through Customer Care. Contacting Customer Care is easy. You can follow the guide below to assist you in your submission :
- Click the "Support Button" at our official website to submit your feedback, report, or problems.
- You will be directing to our new Customer Service Sytem. Login with your Gmail or Facebook to enter the Customer Service System.
- After login, you will be directing to Customer Service Interface to Check Ticket and Submit Ticket.
Box : You can using this button to check your ticket and reply from customer service team
* Blue Box : You can click here to submit a new Ticket to report any issue to our customer service team
- To report issue, you can click on Submit Ticket and choose which game you are planing to report and click Next.
- Submit your ticket details:
a. Priority Information
You can choose the level of your issue, it will help customer service team can filter the list of ticket.
b. Subject Ticket
Before you submit a report, please submit the Subject Ticket. It will help the customer service team to follow up your problem to the division incharge, so your problem can be solved as soon as possible.

c. Ticket Details, attachment & Captcha
Put your details ticket :IGN:
If possible put screenshot in attachment [Check Red Box]. And put captcha then click next [Check Green Box].

** Your correspondence with the Customer Care will be entirely within the ticketing system, so do not reply via email.
